A partire dal primo recepimento di tale direttiva, l'art. 18-bis del Testo Unico della Finanza ha consentito a figure regolamentate ed iscritte ad apposito albo (i Consulenti Finanziari Indipendenti) di prestare attivit\u00e0 di consulenza di investimento ai soggetti privati. Il focus \u00e8 sul valore intrinseco dell\u2019azienda, prescindendo dal corso di borsa. Analizzando il valore degli attivi e dei flussi di cassa prospettici l\u2019obiettivo \u00e8 di acquistare titoli il cui valore \u00e8 inferiore al prezzo.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-945df24 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"945df24\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><h3>Own the World<\/h3><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5c5abdc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5c5abdc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Dal 2008 il mondo della finanza \u00e8 cambiato. Il sistema finanziario globale ha raggiunto dei livelli di indebitamento mai visti prima. L\u2019inflazione reale \u00e8 pi\u00f9 alta di quella ufficiale, e questo erode il valore del risparmio.<\/h4>\nMa le economie continuano a crescere.
